Our products have an average handling time of 4 days, excluding personalised items. Combined with shipping, your order may take up to 10 days to reach you.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be updated in our system. You can easily monitor your delivery by visiting the 'My Account' section and selecting 'My Orders' to view the latest status of your shipment.
What is your return policy?
You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that items must be returned in their original condition; we cannot accept returns for damaged products or items that have been used. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 10 working days. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for personalised items, health products, underwear, or beauty products that come into direct contact with the skin.
